Program:
A workshop was held on 30th and 31st July 2015 from 09:00 a.m. to 4.00 pm at Dr. D. Y. Patil SOET under CSI Students Chapter. The Program started as the guest arrived at 09:00 am. Ms. Arti Mohanpurkar, HOD, Department of Computer Engineering, Mrs. Roshani Raut, CSI, Student Branch Counselor, Ms. Dhakulkar, CSI Coordinator, and Mrs. Madhuri Patil, program coordinator, welcomed the guest Mr. Tushar Kute, and Dr. Uttam Kalwane, Principal of Dr. D.Y. Patil School of Engineering and Technology, graced the occasion with his valuable words.

The program was followed by enlightening the students with the purpose and importance of Java and Python programming language and also by hands on sessions on Java and Python.

The guest also emphasized on how these programming languages differ from the other languages like C,C++. This comparative study helped students to get a clear idea about how the programming languages differ from each other .
